CREO will support the re-election of Jaime Nebot
During an event that took place yesterday in which the civic platform “United by Guayas,” was presented, Cesar Monge, candidate for the Prefecture of Guayas from the Political movement CREO, said that “Guayas need ‘cameld’ and not horses”.
In his speech, Monge, questioned again the role of the current prefect Jimmy Jairala, and made reference to the condition of neighboring roads, unemployment, the advertising of the Provicial Council of Guayas and the emergency of the different locationsof the drought.
The leader of CREO and former presidential candidate of Ecuador, Guillermo Lasso, attended the meeting, who pointed out that one of the proposals is based on the incentive to street vendors, and said that for this he will organize the merchants in the different cantons of the province.
On the other hand, Lasso said that they will support the re-election of Jaime Nebot, for mayor of Guayaquil, despite the fact that the alliance between Partido Social Cristiano-Madera de Guerrero (PSC-MG), led by Nebot, nominated Cesar Rohon as candidate for the prefecture.
