A mission of Ecuadorian authorities will arrive to Lima on Thursday to review the technical regulations with the aim to allow the entry of Peruvian products to Ecuador.
The Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism of Peru, Magali Silva, said they are currently working to bring forward the bilateral trade.
On the exit of the Minister of Foreign Trade of Ecuador, Francisco Rivadeneira, she said that she was unaware of the reasons for his departure, and she wishes him success, and that the Peruvian Government would continue working for closer trade ties with Ecuador.
She added that both governments intend to continue working to reduce differences and find solutions. “It is what we are all working for,” she said.
