Ecuador is fulfilling all the Millennium Development Goals, says Diego Zorrilla of the UN

The United Nations Resident Coordinator in Ecuador, Diego Zorrilla, in an interview with Ecuavisa said that the Millennium Declaration of the United Nations established a commitment of countries, including Ecuador, in the development focused on eight goals.

The final evaluation will be conducted until December 31st of this year, which is the deadline for meeting the objectives.

“The progress made by Ecuador in these years, indicates that Ecuador is meeting all objectives, is in progress of fulfilling all the objectives, it has met many of them in advance,” he said.
