Ecuador leads the Reef in Engabao

This Wednesday, January 28th started the Reef Classic Turístico Guayas, held in Engabao, Playas, where prominent Ecuadorian surfers as Mario Gambellini, Enzo Dapelo, and Felipe Rodríguez and Aurelio Prieto, made a striking presentation managing to reach the second phase.

Gambellini led the 5th heat with one of the best scores: 12.23. It was followed by Bruno Morales (Brazil) with 8.50; Ronald Reyes (Venezuela) 7.43; and Raphael Ampuero (Ecuador), with 5.73.

Dapelo, while second in 6th heat, while Rodriguez is ranked first in the 15th heat with 10.70; followed it Simón Salazar (Colombia) with 8.13; Hamilton Borbor (Ecuador) with 7.67. Prieto led 16th heat with 11.50; then, Antonio Sotillo Jr. (Venezuela) with 9.34; and Vladimir screed (Ecuador), 6.64.
