From this Monday, October 4, 2021, the Ministry of Public Health starts with the campaign “Every Champion gets Vaccinated”, to inoculate with the pending doses (not covid) children under 5 years of age who could not receive the biological because of the pandemic.

The national campaign is cataloged as “Every Champion Gets Vaccinated” and is supported by national athletes
The objective of the MSP is to cover more than 160,000 girls and boys who have fallen behind in their vaccination schedules. The minors will receive the biological to prevent diseases such as Measles, Pneumococcus, Rotavirus, Yellow Fever, Polio, Diphtheria, Chickenpox, among others. Mothers and fathers must take their children to any of the 1,900 public health centers nationwide, where they will be immunized by MSP staff, as well as through community brigades.
This campaign will be carried out in an uninterrupted period of four weeks, with weekends and the regular scheme will continue until December 2021.
The Minister of this State Portfolio, Ximena Garzón, ordered the investment of $ 17 million for the acquisition of the necessary doses that will be directed to the child population.
