Ecuador will answer UK refusal on Assange Case

Ecuadorian Foreign Minister, Ricardo Patiño, is going to send a response this week to the UK refusal on giving safety pass to the founder of Wikileaks, Julian Assange.
Patiño is currently at Lima (Peru) participating in the Summit of South American and Arab Countries’ leaders, in which he will expose a document with reasons to plead for Assange, who has been a refugee in the Embassy of Ecuador in London for over two months.
“Diplomatically is like a step forward, even if they answered us a No (safety pass), because they presented their arguments. That allows us to present our arguments and this week we are going to answer to the UK,” said Patiño. (MZ)
