El Universo C.A. Sues Judge Paredes

El Universo denounces judge Paredes

This morning Joffre Campaña, the legal representative of El Universo C.A., filled a sue against judge Juan Paredes. The judge is being accused of the felony of false ideologies and malfeasance.

The first sentence against  El Universo newspaper that was emitted by judge Paredes is the reason of the complaint presented by El Universo at the Distric Attorney of Guayas.

According to atty. Campaña there was not enough time for the deputy judge Paredes to read all the documentation of the case and emit the official sentence. The sue also requests a copy of all the information that Paredes has in the computer he used for the process. (AV)
