European entrepreneurs willing to invest $ 80 million in Ecuador
Buysse said that the investment they will make in the country will exceed $ 80 million and that he observes that in Ecuador there is enough confidence to allocate that amount.
He also said he realized that the real estate sector was not the only one where investments can be made and that they are exploring new options such as health, logistics, social housing, commerce and agribusiness.
“In this country we have a very strong relationship with Campana Organization and that gives us confidence.” Instead Mertens referred to Ecuador and Belgium having many similarities and highlighted the ethics of Ecuadorians.
“They are people with a lot of energy who are always looking for new opportunities.” Campana said that alliances with foreign investors allow attracting investment, generating important projects and creating new jobs.
He recalled that sectors such as construction, real estate and tourism are spaces that boost the country’s economy.
“In the mind of the foreign investor is not Ecuador. Therefore, Ecuadorians have to generate demand. Prepare feasible projects, action plans and project management.
It is the responsibility of the private and public sector to make the country attractive. ” European investors visiting the country are part of a group of entrepreneurs who have already participated in Campana Organization projects.
They meet an agenda that highlights the placement of the first stone of the Platinum II building located in the Millennium Tower mega project in the Aurora, Daule canton, and the symbolic ribbon cutting of the Solaris building.
