Evo Morales complained about fuel expenditure at the CELAC Summit

Bolivian President Evo Morales complained to President Rafael Correa by fuel expenditure during the IV Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), that took place in the UNASUR building, in the Ecuadorian capital in January 27th, 2016.

During his discourse, during the debate of the CELAC, Morales spoke of the origins of this organization, peace, social justice and abuse of political power. One of the statements that drew attention was the claim he made on the transportation costs of the leaders during the regional meeting.
