Fernando Alvarado summoned by a land

Tourism Minister Fernando Alvarado has been summoned tomorrow to a conciliation hearing in a legal process over a disputed land in the Urbanor area, in northern Guayaquil.

The call takes place two years after the presentation of an action for possession protection filed by Victor Hugo Paredes, who claims to be the owner of the property claimed by Alvarado.

The possessory protection joins a protective action filed against Alvarado before the Constitutional Court, in which Paredes seeks to annul the judgment of July 2013 in which Judge Jose Miguel Ordonez decided the eviction of Paredes and the right of Alvarado over the disputed land.
