Five suspected perpetrators of terrorist attack in Chile were arrested

Two men and a woman were arrested on early Thursday, September 18, as suspects of being involved in bomb attacks occurred in the Santiago metro, according to the Chilean police.
The three suspects were transferred to a police station in the commune of Ñuñoa, in the East of Santiago, said the Communications Unit of the Police.
According to investigations conducted by the Police and the Attorney of the Chilean capital, detainees would have been involved in the placement of the explosive device that erupted on September 8 in a fast-food store of a Santiago subway station, leaving 14 injured.
