Four cities of Ecuador will celebrate Feast of the Sun

Everything is prepared for the Inti Raymi celebration or Feast of the Sun in Salcedo, Cuenca, Riobamba and Pelileo. The different activities will take place in the central parks of the cities, archaeological sites and communities.

In the archaeological complex of Ingapirca, in south of the country, an artisan fair and a conference about Inti Raymi will be held. The program will continue with cultural and culinary fairs. The election of the ñusta is planned for Friday June, 19, 2015. Three female candidates of Ingapirca parish will be part of the festivities program.
