Four works contracts gave the prosecution alleged crime data

Once the Office of the Prosecutor analyzed the information obtained from contracts signed by Odebrecht and the State for the Pacific Refinery, the Manduriacu hydroelectric plant, the Daule-Vinces transfer and the Pascuales-Cuenca pipeline, a green light was given last Friday to carry out urgent acts of the Odebrecht operation.
Evidence obtained in raids of more than twelve places and the arrest of six people, including Ricardo R., Uncle of Vice President Jorge Glas, allowed prosecutor Diana Salazar to confirm Saturday at the indictment hearing, the “criminal links” those investigated would have had with the construction company.
The contracts analyzed by the Office of Transparency and Fight against Corruption of the Office of the Prosecutor were those that the Government awarded to the Brazilian company after 2010 (I).
