French Government Awaits ETA Complete Disbanding

The French government expects that the Basque terrorist group ETA “announce a complete disbanding.”

Bernard Valero, spokesman of the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris added that French authorities haven’t seen the official “announcement” sent by ETA to a French press agency in which they asked Paris to open a “direct dialogue about the consequences of the (Basque) conflict.”

Valero pointed out, “France is with Spain and the Spanish government to reach a definitive end to the violence.” The spokesman of the Foreign office did not made any comments regarding the ETA prisoners in Basque prisons.
