A man in France received today the French lottery Française des Jeux for the second time in his life.

The draw was held on July 27, which earned him the check of 3,001,373.50 euros. The first time he won the lottery was in 1996, and received 2.8 million euros.

“I have a lucky star,” told the anonymous winner by telephone to AFP, who says has been playing the same numbers since the creation of Loto in 1976. He also said he receives the award with “calm and serenity,” because it causes him “less effect than the first.” (BG)
