Gaddafi Summons His People to Fight and Warned That it Would Be a “Long War”

“We will not allow these Christians to take our oil,” said the Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, after his second operation since the beginning of the Allied attack, and assure that they are prepared for a “long war.”

In his radio address of 12 minutes, Gaddafi said that the Libyan people will take up arms, bombs, arsenals. Shortly thereafter, the Defense Minister has announced a deal that it hopes “to arm one million men and women.”
