INTERNATIONAL WOMEN CONFERENCE IN BAHRAIN
The opening of the International Conference “Global Women in Leadership Creating a Better Future together” in Bahrain started on Thursday 26th of August 2021.
This event will conclude on the 29th of August at the hotel Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa. The “Global Women in Leadership Creating a Better Future together” has been organised by Amina Leelo of Stella Polare Events – Women Around the World https://www. stellawomenaroundtheworld.com/ about-us/. and has been preceded by CSP, CPAE, award-winning international keynote speaker and best-selling author – Linda Larson. Over 21 speakers from all over the world started the conference discussing various topics like: “Women Roles and Innovation, Women in Media, Cyber Security, Environment, Pollutions & Solution, Exclusion and Equal Opportunities, Journalism in War Zones, Mental Health, Theatre and Fashion Diversity, Domestic Violence, and many lives personal experiences.”
Among the speakers we can highlight the Chairwoman of the UK Parliamentary Society for Arts Fashion and Sports, Rebeca Riofrio speaking about Women Leadership, Surviving Scars and How to Transform Pain into Power; General Secretary of EATA and NETO’s cyber advisor – Krista Mulenok covering the topic on Cyber Security; the granddaughter of Charles Chaplin, Actress & Model – Kiera Chaplin, speaking about her work and new fashion line in partnership with Jyotika Jhalani – JANAVI; War Correspondent- Pula Siler at her life Experiences Covering War; Architect and Urbanist – Anna Grichting talking about Environment; IPA Lithuanian Section Siauliai Branch and International Police Association – Laura Zaleskiene talking about Domestic Violence and covering extraordinary cases during her 22 years on the force; Chief Executive Officer of The Futurist Company – Al Anoud Al Hashmi talking about transformation of agriculture through technology and women empowerment; Bahraini CEO of the Times Institute for education and Training – Nawal Dossary talking on her life experiences and her political career; International Representative of London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art LAMDA – Alison Shan Price MBE sharing about her multiple projects in Kuwait.
