Just an hour after launching e-books in Mountain View, Google released the new Android 2.3 SDK, A.K.A. Gingerbread; the latest version of Android Operating System.
Users will be able to keep a better control of applications as well as a better power management of their mobile phones.
Samsung’s new Nexus S smartphone will be running Gingerbread and packs a curved glass 4” contour display, dual cameras (back and front), 16gb of internal storage, it also has a touch screen and supports NFC (Near Field Communication).
The Nexus S will be on the shelves on December 16th in the US, and on 20th in the UK.
