Guillermo Lasso responds to “La Mofle.”

The presidential hopeful of the CREO-SUMA alliance, Guillermo Lasso, replied on Tuesday, March 14 to a concern of “La Mofle” (a popular character) about the censorship imposed on her program by the current Law of Communication.
Lasso, who has reiterated that he is going to repeal the Communication Law so that journalists can freely exercise their activities, has responded to La Mofle that the political parody will be welcomed back with his government band asked her to invite him to the first program in his new administration.
La Mofle, played by actress Flor Maria Palomeque, went off the air after repeated sanctions of the Superintendence of Communication to Teleamazonas, the TV channel that aired that program.
