Hearing of El Universo Case won’t be held this Friday, says Associate Judge Morales

The appeal hearing of El Universo case will not be held tomorrow Friday reported one of the associate judges of the case, Gerardo Morales.
Morales said on Thursday that the associate judges will solve the challenge posed by the defense of the newspaper and will pass a sentence next Monday, according to the time given by law.
Apart from Morales (permanent associate judge) the room is made up by Geovanny Criollo and Leonidas Plaza Verduga.
The Chamber in charge of ruling against El Universo Newspaper and its three directors, in a suit filed by President Rafael Correa, was formed yesterday.
