A photograph of the “Indigenous passport” of Carlos Perez Guartambel, president of Ecuarunari, and a migration seal on a separate sheet, forced the Immigration Department of Ecuador through the Ministry of the Interior, to clarify that the document issued by the Kichwa Confederation “It’s not valid.”
