Interview score for renewal of judges of the CNJ is removed

Gustavo Jalkh, President of the Judiciary (CJ), said that with the elimination of the score for the personal interview in the process of renewal of seven judges of the National Court of Justice (CNJ), the margins of “discretion” will be reduced .

The interview is still required, but will not be scored, like in the process that took place in 2012, which was worth 10 points.

This new parameter is in the reglament adopted by the CJ for the public tender for the renewal of the CNJ.
