Judge declares nullification in the trial against Fernando Balda

This morning, the Criminal Judge declared invalid part of the process for libel of two policemen against former Assemblyman Fernando Balda.

Both sides of the lawsuit against Fernando Balda would have more time to submit evidence that support their theories.
