Kronfle “the president surely knew about the wave that unleashed the drug consumption”

Assemblywoman Maria Cristina Kronfle, of the Madera de Guerrero-PSC party, “it is unacceptable that the president says he was unaware of the contents of the table, because those who made the table are under his command …,”she commented on recent changes to the chart of possession of drugs.

For Kronfle, ,”the president surely knew about the wave that unleashed the drug consumption through this chart, he (the President), surely knew it in advance and not during a weekly address, as he says he was informed.

The lawmaker recalled that the law says: “The possession of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for personal use or consumption in the amounts established in the corresponding regulations is not punishable. The law commands, prohibits or allows commands. In this case, it does not prohibites, but permits.”
