Morales is the New President of the Court of Justice of Guayas

With 13 votes of favor, and seven against him, and one abstained, judge Francisco Morales was chosen this afternoon as the new president of the Court of Justice of Guayas.
Morales would be in front of the Court for two years. The call for elections it’s made 48 hours before. The president of those functions and the main Court choose the Tribunal that registers the voters, counts the votes and names the winner. (AV)
