NEC Proposes a Holiday for the Day Before the Referendum

The National Electoral Council proposed the day before the plebiscite – to be held on Saturday 7th May-, to be a holiday. This initiative was created with the aim of providing facilities to those who have to vote in the other provinces.
Uniformed and people under 16 to 18 are added to the list of voters for the upcoming elections of the new referendum. Moreover, the national police and the military may vote in the city where they are stationed.
