Outgoing Secretary of UNASUR recommends Venezuela to “better define” its economy

Alí Rodriguez, outgoing secretary of UNASUR (Union of South American Nations for its Spanish acronym) noted that Venezuela must “better define” the profile of its economic policy.
“It is proven that the state can not assume all economic activities”, Rodriguez told venezuelan newspaper El Universal. He added that this should not be, because “its effectiveness is very limited.”
