President denounces serious bonding of Armed Forces with Chevron

As a “serious relationship” of an Ecuadorian military company with an oil company Chevron-Texaco, President Rafael Correa said that both institutions signed a contract in 2003 so  the first mentioned would give intelligence and protection services to the second.

Legal Representative of Texaco in Ecuador, and the Colonel Mario Bonilla, as Representative of Sepri S.A., for services of protection and intelligence to Texaco.
