Prosecutor for nine persons to be sentenced in the Cofiec case

On the tenth day of hearing, the Prosecutor asked the Supreme Court to sentence nine people in the Cofiec bank embezzlement case.
The prosecution presented the arguments to prove the direct participation of Francisco E., fomer representantative of the Technical Secretariat of the Trust AGD- CFN No More Impunity in the credit delivery to Gaston D., in December 2011.
In addition, evidence was presented the certificate of the voices of the audio of a meeting in which can be listened that someone, outside the bank, press Cofiec officials to approve the loan.
Today at 16:00 the hearing is scheduled to be installed, for the Court, chaired by Judge Luis Enriquez, to issue its verdict.
