Putin Becomes Russian President Once Again and Propose Dmitri Medvedev as Prime Minister

Vladimir Putin on Monday gave an oath on the Constitution, becoming president of Russia again for a third term, four years after having to leave office to become the Prime Minister.
In the inauguration ceremony, the Russian head of state proposed to the Parliament, the candidacy of his predecessor Dmitri Medvedev for the Prime Minister charge, said the chairman of the Duma (lower chamber) Sergei Naryshkin, quoted by Russian news agencies.
Medvedev, who just turned four years in the Kremlin on Monday plans to start the process of his appointment as head of government with a meeting with leaders of parliamentary groups of the Duma. (ARL)
