The Quito Chamber of Commerce and the Sportika Foundation have joined forces to create the “Creole Honesty” campaign whose main objective is to support Ecuadorian athletes of different disciplines to fulfill their sporting dreams. In addition, it seeks to demonstrate that there is a change in culture in people focused on health, values and sport.
Carlos Zaldumbide, Executive Director of the Quito Chamber of Commerce, commented that “Creole Honesty through sport seeks to create awareness among citizens, taking athletes as an example. The idea is to promote sport and highlight the values of transparency, honesty, greatness and perseverance so that it radiates to all citizens ”.
Also María Clara Albornoz, president of the Sportika Foundation, mentioned the importance of this alliance. “Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce of Quito and the Foundation, this alliance with private companies will promote and make a difference in the sport of the country.”
This seeks to solve the individual needs of athletes and bring out more professionals in different disciplines with financial support from private companies.
