The Quito City Hall wants to facilitate and attract fresh capital. With this objective, it released a guide to attracting investors, showing the potential, projects, legal framework and incentives for entrepreneurs.

The basic idea of this guide is to be a tool where you can find the information required to set up a business. This, after a wide debate at the Investment Advisory Council, made of representatives of the Chambers, Universities and the Municipality.
