Radio program will pay a fine to the Supercom with the support of its followers

With the help of listeners citizens who contributed since Tuesday, the radio program El Show de Josema y Paquirri, broadcast by La Luna Deportiva Radio Station, was able to collect $ 3,540 in order to pay a fine to the Superintendency of Information and Communication (Supercom) due to a content broadcast on September 18.
“Thank you all. The managers of La Deportiva collaborated with the missing 8% and we will return that money to them when we organize an auction. And if they do not want to receive that money, we will do social work. Thanks Carachas. We will never receive a fine again.” the radio program posted on its Facebook page.
The Supercom explained that this radio station “did not comply with the provisions of Section 65 (of the Communications Act) of disseminating content unsuitable during a forbidden schedule for minors during El Show de Josema y Paquirri program, aired on September 18, 2015, from 16h00 to 18h00.”
