Ecuadorian President, Rafael Correa, said it would be “suicidal” for Great Britain to enter the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.
“I think it would be a suicide for Britain to enter the embassy of Ecuador. Then they could get their own embassies raped all over the world, and have nothing to say about it,” told Correa to state television.
“Who do they think they’re dealing with?” Correa said during his weekly address last Saturday. “They do not realize that Latin America is free and sovereign. We will not tolerate interference or any form of colonialism.” (MZ)
