Syrian Regime Executes People in Damascus

Today forces of the Syrian regime and its ‘shabiha’ militias forced its way in three neighborhoods of Damascus and executed around 80 people. Meanwhile the civil war continues to assail the entire country.

Opposition groups denounced that the killings occurred in the Damascus neighborhoods of Kafar Soussa, Nahr Eishah and al-Qabun. For weeks these sectors have been the target of bombings and military operations in order to expel the rebels.

An activist of Damascus, Suhaib al-Qasem told the media through internet that government forces entered the neighborhood of Kafar Soussa with tanks and publically executed 25 people.

The army on the other hand executed eight people in Nahr Eishah, while the ‘shabiha’ militants that support the government are accused of killing 46 people in al-Qabun. AV
