Rating Fitch lowers Ecuador´s credit outlook to ‘negative’

Fitch agency revised to ‘negative’ from ‘stable’ the outlook for the rating ‘B’ of Ecuador, by a deterioration in the growth prospects of the economy of one of the smallest producers in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
Fitch said that the indicators of external solvency and liquidity of the South American country have weakened.
