Regularization concerns employees of the BNF

With concern, workers with temporary appointments of the National Development Bank (BNF for its acronym in spanish) received the news that theywill have to leave their offices because the Public Service Organic Law (Losep) prohibits this type of appointments and the Ministry of Labour Relations requires a regularization.Freddy Monge, General Manager, would have guaranteed to workers – who say they have a recording of it -, that for the last 60 days that are seeking the regularization of staff, especially those who have temporary contracts and, as managers began to make negotiations in the Ministry of Labour Relations to know the process progress.
The employees pointed out that, according to Monge, the Ministry set may 31 as the deadline to find a way out.
