Restaurants and cafes welcome pets

In Pichincha there eight places that welcome four-legged companions.

Jürgen Cafe, Al modo mio, Pizza SA, Shopping Center La Esquina, Tambo Quinde Eco Lodge, Pollos Stav, Cumbayá, Hostería San Jose, Wuffins – Dog Bakery and La Fabrica.

These restaurants, inns, pizzerias or bakeries, it is allowed to share the menu with pets.

In the Google search engine you can find the map of these places, which are located in northern Quito, Cumbaya, Puembo and Nanegalito.

According to Tania Ponce, a specialist in animal care these spaces promote the proper care of the species. “It allows people to include their pets in their family activities. In addition, it strengthens the bond of costumers with the businesses, because people know that their dogs are accepted and therefore they preferthese places,” she said.
