Mayor of Quito Mauricio Rodas said that the government owes 70 million dollars to the Municipality of Quito. “These are resources that according to the law the government must deliver to us,” said Rodas in a radio interview Wednesday morning. “That money belongs to the people of Quito, and its lack delays the delivery of works for the city,” he emphasized.
