Salinas Evacuation Affected the Tourist Season
Posted On 11 Mar 2011
The evacuation of Salinas citizens continues. Many fast travelling vehicles have left the city during the afternoon, while several localities, hotels, and general stores are closed. The beaches are deserted and few people roam the streets looking for a way out, hoping to reach Santa Elena for safe transportation into bigger cities. The evacuation has affected the tourism since everyone is leaving the popular beach. The cemetery of the city was the transportation rendezvous to the K1 sector.
