President Rafael Correa, has claimed why one of the scholarship holders of the government, Pablo Maldonado (student of the High Performance group) has not found a job after returning in August last year from the University of Colorado, in Boulder, United States.
This happened during the weekly address broadcast yesterday, March 19, from Limon Indanza in Morona Santiago. The president presented the former student to the audience, and scolded Rene Ramirez, National Secretary of Higher Education, on the situation of the scholarship holders in the country, who can not find jobs due to the low government budget so that they work in national agencies.(I)
