Selena Gomez Will Host MTV Europe Awards

Selena Gomez will host the MTV Europe Awards, a ceremony to be held in Belfast, Ireland.

“I am very excited to host the MTV Europe Awards 2011. It’s a dream come true. It’s a great event that recognizes the best music stars from around the world, so it’s an honor to host the show this year,” said the singer and actress.

Among the nominees are Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Adele and 30 Seconds to Mars.
