Socialization reunions on amendments will continue after legislative recess

In Ibarra, Ambato and Loja, the Casual Commission in charge of processing the constitutional amendments expects to carry out the socialization reunions, said its Vice President Verónica Arias.

In addition, Arias added that the dates on which they will take place shall be defined by the table once the legislative recess has concluded, which begins today and concludes on March 4.

During this period there will be no official meetings, however, lawmakers who desire so may participate in discussion groups in their provinces.

Arias said she has in her agenda several meetings in Loja with groups of women, youth and rural parish, in addition to a university forum in Quito.
