Heriberto ‘el Lazca’ Lazcano, the supreme leader of the gruesome cartel Los Zetas was taken down by Marines of Mexico. This is one of the strongest blows carried out against the drug cartels on behalf of the ending government of the president Felipe Calderon.
According to the report of Coahuila’s prosecutor, Homero Ramos, a heavily armed group entered the funeral house to take the body of Lazcano. The event occurred around 01:30 of last Monday.
