Taylor Swift Files a Lawsuit

Posted On 31 Oct 2011

Country singer Taylor Swift recently filed a lawsuit against a website claiming to have a “leaked” nude picture of her.

The website, called Celebrity Jihad, features a photo of a topless woman who resembles Swift under the headline, “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?”.

Taylor’s lawyers wrote a letter saying that the site contains, “false pornographic images and false ‘news” about the singer.

If the website does not take down the post, the singer of “Love Story” will sue for trademark infringement.
