The CC notifies to the Assembly its judgment on the amendments

The Secretariat of the National Assembly received the night of November 5 the judgment of the Constitutional Court (CC) that gives green light to 16 of the 17 amendments promoted by Alianza PAIS. The document consists of 141 pages in which each of the proposals are analyzed the way to process them is determined.

The judgment of the CC was also notified to the individuals who filed amicus curiae, including Guillermo Lasso, Councillor David Rosero, laborare unions and others.

The Legislative Council of Administration (CAL for its Spanish acronym) is scheduled to meet on November 6 from 8:30 to form the specialized committee that will analyze the amendments.
