The enactment of the General Code of Processes (Cogep for its Spanish acronym) which will completely come into effect in six months and which changes the application of the rule, from the written to the oral system, has brought back to classrooms administrators of justice: judges, prosecutors and other judicial officials.

Lawyers and professors, trainers of future legal professionals have also joined the continuous learning.

Before the Cogep, other laws such as the Penal Integral Organic Code (COIP), the Labour Code and amendments to the Civil Code have also made justice workers return to classrooms in some cases, for the updating of knowledge; and in others cases for what is called a new learning.
