The operational plan and timetable for the entire electoral process were approved on February 18 last year. It was determined that in the case of a second round, it would be Sunday, April 2. The advance days of voting for persons deprived of their liberty without an enforceable conviction and the House Vote program, for citizens with a disability greater than 75%, will be on March 30 and 31, respectively.
The budget of USD 110 734 145.24, also approved last year, includes the expenses necessary to implement it (USD 12 518 125.91).
The election campaign will start on March 10, but this time will only last 20 days, until the 30 of that month. Therefore, the electoral silence will rule between April 31 and April 2, until the closing of the voting at 17:00. It should be emphasized that during that time the dissemination of any political promotion message, as well as congregations of any kind, are prohibited.
