According to him, unemployment insurance will be supported by the state, the employer and the employee. In some countries, this is applied in percentages ranging from 28% of the base salary to 70%, as in Sweden, for example. “It is feasible and necessary. It is not flexibilization or precariousness of work. The effect of the insurance is that these revenues will invigorate the economy, the worker will be able to pay for services and buy,” he said.
