The press recognizes Moreno as the new President as well as the opposition complaints

The front pages of several newspapers of the world spread the details of the electoral result of April 2, focusing on the official data of the National Electoral Council that give the victory to the presidential hopeful of the PAIS party, Lenin Moreno.
Daily La Nación de Argentina, on its website, included a link on its cover exclusively for the elections in Ecuador, collecting every reaction of the presidential candidates and details from mid-January, before the first round of elections.
Daily El Pais of Spain recognized the victory of the ruling party´s candidate along with the statements of his contender, Guillermo Lasso, who announced that he will request the recount of the votes by not recognizing the official results of the CNE.
Daily El Nacional of Venezuela updated its digital website until the afternoon of yesterday when Lasso declared he would request an audit of the computer system of the electoral body in Quito.
